  • Snídaně nebyla špatná, poloha hotelu v přírodě je perfektní.

  • Já měl tu smůlu, že jsem byl v turistické sekci v podkroví, jedno okno na střechu, dveře od pokoje se daly otevřít jen s obtížemi, jedna toaleta na celé patro, samozřejmě nešla zavřít a kolem bylo stále načůráno, takže jste v tom musel stát. Kdyby vypukl požár, tak tam všichni uhoří.

  • Špinavé izby, veľmi staré zariadenie a personál ktorý na posledný deň už nemal any chuť nám nachýstať raňajky! Nikdy viac!!!

  • krásné místo a prostředí pokoje a interiér hotelu v pohodě trampolína, ohniště

  • počítali jsme že tam bude kuchyňka ( i telefonicky to bylo potvrzeno) ale ukázalo se že v hotelu kuchyň sice je, jen pro restauraci, tudíž jsme do ní nemohli

  • Persnal sehr freundlich. Der nicht so hohe Komfortstandard wird durch die guten Preise ausgeglichen. Hotel hat beste Panoramalage im Vratna-Tal.

  • In Hotelbschreibung auf dem Internetportal war angegeben, dass das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen ist. Bei Bezahlung der Zimmer sollten aber noch einmal 40€ je Zimmer für Frühstück gezahlt werden. Das bedeutete eine ziemliche Diskussion mit dem Personal. Am Ende musste nicht gezahlt werden. Hier sollte Klarheit geschaffen werden.
